Online and telephone support for a mar345/dtb Image Plate Detector System

• After warranty telephone and e-mail support for hardware and software of a mar345 / mar345dtb detector system.

• Includes software updates and software installation support plus a membership in the marXperts Software Club.

• Includes minor parts except consumables such as erase lamps.

• Minor parts will be shipped against shipping costs after a problem has been diagnosed.

• Does not include any major parts such as controller, laser, radial spindle, servo motor, encoder, stepper motors, stepper motor drivers, electronic boards or monitor.

• Does not include any service or maintenance visits. Service visits if necessary will be invoiced at a fixed rate per visit.

• The contract is valid for one year starting with the day of purchase.

• The contract will expire automatically without notification unless it is explicitely renewed.
